The house
From the original house, we have created two apartments for guests.
We have conceived and designed them to accommodate families, larger groups, couples and those travelling alone.
They are practical accommodations but with careful attention to detail and furnished according to Anna's ever-evolving taste. All the iron components are Alessandro's work and provide a harmonious contrast to the wood of the salvaged pieces of old furniture and antiques which we’ve restored and reinvented with care, giving them new purpose and location.
Some of the sheets we use are made of fine cotton and linen, embroidered by hand by grandmothers and aunts with the knowledge and patience of the past. Straw hats, braided baskets, copper pots, sifters and glass demijohns evoke the simplicity and charm of the country life.
To these details, we added cleaner lines and some modern elements, as in the choice of kitchens.
So, we think we have succeeded in creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere where tradition and innovation are in harmony.
The entire structure has been restored in compliance with the new anti-seismic and energy efficiency standards.
Apartment Cappello di Paglia
Located on the ground floor with independent access and double exposure to outdoor areas. Suitable for a couple or even for families or groups of up to 5 people. It consists of a living area with open kitchen and single sofa bed, bathroom with shower and bedroom with two single beds but when needed, the beds can be joined.
It’s possible to add the adjacent room which has a double bed and bathroom with spacious shower. To complete the accommodation, there are two pergolas, to enjoy meals and relax under.

Apartment Intrecci
It is on the upper floor and is accessed from a large terrace, with pergola, for the exclusive use of this apartment.
Designed to accommodate 4 people, it has a living area with an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds and a double bedroom.

Room Anemone
It is located on the first floor with independent access from the old internal staircase. It has a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub.

Dogs are welcome as long as they are used to interacting with other dogs and with people. It is obligatory to inform us of their presence before booking. The Marche region is an endemic area for Leishmaniosis; we advise you to consult your vet before departure.
For the little ones, we can provide a high chair, rails for the bed and a cot complete with bedding.
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of our guests.

Supervision is not provided.
We do not provide beach towels.
We can share our little laundry room, equipped with a washtub and washing machine, based upon fixed days and times. During the warm season, the laundry can be dried in the sun using the drying racks that we provide for you.
We are equipping the spaces surrounding La Carota Selvatica with additional tables, comfortable seating and a barbecue. Each year we try to plant new shrubs and trees.
All the accommodations have connections set up for TV but ever since we arrived here some years ago, we have chosen not to install them so that guests can enjoy the silence and make new friends.
Our guests are invited to recycle waste and used oil for which we will provide glass jars that we will empty ourselves.
The environment is important to us and we try to do our best to respect it. La Carota Selvatica has solar panels for the production of electricity and for heating water. We are in energy class A4.
